BBQ CHICKEN NACHOS- In house roasted chicken (antibiotic/cage free ab/cf) and Chef Zac’s BBQ sauce over a bed of gluten free chips with shredded cheddar jack cheese, green onion, and ranch drizzle. * add bacon crumbles for additional donation J
ROASTED BROCCOLI- Classic roasted broccoli with a side of Sriracha ranch. A local favorite (and ours too J)
CHICKEN CHILI- White beans with ground chicken (ab/cf) and topped with sour cream and lemon zest. * add bacon crumbles& cheddar jack cheese for additional donation J
TRIP DIP- Triple the flavor with this classic Greek dish of Tzatziki, hummus, and skordalia with fresh made in house pita’s. Ask server for more information on these flavorful classics.

GYRO OR CHICKEN SOUVLAKI SALAD– Choose gyro (beef) or chicken souvlaki (ab/cf) on a bed of fresh cut romaine, tomato, cucumber, onion, imported feta (sheep), & Kalamata olives, Tzatziki, and Greek Vinaigrette.
*WINTER COBB SALAD–Fresh mixed greens with in-house roasted turkey (ab/steroid free), fresh Ruth’s Roots Eggs (when available), carrots, cucumbers, bacon crumbles, shredded mozzarella/provolone, roasted sunflower kernels, avocado, Craisins, and our sweet heat raspberry vinaigrette.

*GRASSFED MEATBALL PITA– Our classic Italian Grass fed Meatball, with home-made sauce and lots of shredded mozzarella/provolone, wrapped in a fresh made pita.
*TURBACADO- Made from scratch Sour Dough (with our 4 year old starter J), in house roasted turkey (ab/steroid free), bacon, avocado, mozzarella/provolone, and cranberry chipotle sauce. Pressed warm and wonder-full!
GYRO- Traditional gyro(beef) with fresh shredded lettuce, tomato, imported Feta (sheep) &Tzatziki sauce wrapped in a fresh made pita.
WINTER DEEN PITA- Roasted Seasonal veggies, hummus, mixed greens & balsamic glaze wrapped in a fresh made pita.* add Imported Feta for additional donation J
*CHIA CRUSTED TUNA BOWL- Chia 5 spice crusted seared Ahi Tuna on a bed of black rice stir fry.
*GRASS FED MEATBALLS & ZOODLES– Fresh spun zoodles with grass fed meatballs, sauce and shredded mozzarella/provolone cheese.
PANKO CRUSTED TOFU- Organic tofu with a panko crust served over sautéed roasted veggies. (cornmeal crusted for gluten free)
*GREEK PLATTER– Two skewers of chicken souvlaki OR Gyro meat, Greek Salad, Skordalia, Tzatziki, and fresh made pita.
