Simmons Catfish provides a premium, mild-flavored flaky, healthy fillet that is consistent with Starfish Café’s commitment to FRESH and LOCAL! Try our Blackened Catfish Tacos today and taste the difference of Simmons Delacata!
We like them because they are sustainable, based in Yazoo City, Mississippi, and the catfish is amazing.
In 1974, the Simmons started farming cotton and soybeans, and by 1977 started to consider adding catfish. And the tradition is continuing — at the Starfish Café!
